`useRowIds`

The useRowIds hook returns a reactive object reflecting the Ids of the Rows in a Table, and registers a listener so that any changes will update .current.

  storeOrStoreId?: MaybeGetter<undefined | StoreOrStoreId>,

returns	`{current: Ids}`	A reactive object with a `current` `Ids` property.
